Human Design Not Self Theme Spiral Notebook

One of the best ways of making sure we are in alignment is to track when we were NOT in our theme, when we've expressed or felt - Anger, Frustration, Bitterness, or Disappointment - based on our Human Design type. 
I love having my notebooks "themed" - they have a designation of sorts. And so- this one is for tracking these moments. And hopefully- learning from them.  

These notebooks are my favorite for journaling, planning or even sketching, due to them having:

All of my spiral notebooks are made to order, and ship worldwide from 2 fulfillment centers- one in the US, and one in the EU. 
There are slight differences between our notebooks in each fulfillment center:
US fulfilled notebooks measure 5.5″ × 8.5″ (13 × 21 cm)
EU fulfilled notebooks measure 5.7″ × 8.5″ (14.5 × 21 cm)
